Prince William County Service Authority
ERM was hired to sell inventory property not being used by the Service Authority.  ERM negotiated and conducted a boundary line adjustment with two adjacent properties and subsequently sold the parcel.  Additionally, ERM acquired an easement for another existing sewer manhole.

Fairfax Water
ERM was hired to conduct a site selection study for a Maintenance Facility to support the recent acquisition of the City of Falls Church’s & The City of Fairfax’s water system.   The study incorporates the location, cost to acquire the property, transportation viability, potential easement requirements, and other variables provided by the client.

Fairfax County Public Schools
ERM conducted a site selection survey for a potential site for a new Magnet and Elementary School Site in Fairfax County. The study incorporated the location, cost to acquire the property, transportation viability, potential easement requirements, and other variables provided by the client. The study uncovered a couple of viable sites for the location of the new school.  ERM negotiated the purchase of the building in Falls Church which is being built out for the joint Magnet and Elementary School.

Augusta County Service Authority
ERM created a comprehensive Cost Matrix to assist the authority in determining a site for a new water treatment plant.  The report assisted ACSA in targeting the most cost effective property to acquire for the new treatment plant location. The report took into account the cost to acquire the property for the plant, the estimated road and pipe costs, as well as the costs to acquire the necessary easements for access, and utilities.

Stafford County High School
ERM conducted a site selection survey of potential sites for a new High School in Stafford County.  The study incorporated the location, cost to acquire the property, transportation viability, potential easement requirements, and other variables provided by the client. The study produced a viable site for the location of the new school.
